IRISH PUB SLIDERS

Ingredients

  • 6–8 slices New Bridge Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cuts

  • 12 pretzel slider buns (or 1 sheet of pretzel slider rolls)

  • ¾ lb thinly sliced corned beef

  • 2–3 tbsp whole grain mustard

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Without separating the buns, slice the entire sheet of pretzel sliders in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  3. Spread mustard evenly over the bottom layer. Layer corned beef evenly across the buns. If using, add sauerkraut and thinly sliced onions. Top with New Bridge Sharp Cheddar slices, slightly overlapping so every slider gets that melty coverage.

  4. Place the top pretzel buns back on.

  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder (and poppy seeds if using). Brush generously over the tops of the pretzel buns.

  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the pretzel tops are glossy and golden.

  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for that festive green finish and slice into individual sliders.
