IRISH PUB SLIDERS
Ingredients
6–8 slices New Bridge Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cuts
12 slider buns (Hawaiian or brioche style)
¾ lb thinly sliced corned beef
2–3 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
Fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Directions
Without separating the buns, slice the entire sheet in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Spread mustard evenly over the bottom layer. Layer corned beef evenly, then top with New Bridge Sharp Cheddar slices.
Place the top buns back on.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder (and poppy seeds if using). Brush over the tops of the buns.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden and melty.
Garnish with parsley for a festive green touch and slice into sliders.
