HIGH-PROTEIN

SWISS & TURKEY ROLL-UPS

Ingredients

  • New Bridge Swiss cheese, sliced

  • Large flour or high-protein tortillas (carb-smart or whole wheat)

  • Sliced turkey breast (deli or roasted, lean)

  • Fresh romaine or butter lettuce

  • Optional high-protein spread: Plain Greek yogurt, Cottage cheese (blended smooth), Light mustard or Dijon

Directions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

  2. Spread a thin layer of high-protein spread of choice.

  3. Layer turkey slices evenly over the tortilla.

  4. Add New Bridge Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey.

  5. Finish with a layer of lettuce for crunch.

  6. Roll tightly from one end to the other, keeping everything snug.

  7. Slice in half or into pinwheels if serving as roll-ups.
