HIGH-PROTEIN
SWISS & TURKEY ROLL-UPS
Ingredients
New Bridge Swiss cheese, sliced
Large flour or high-protein tortillas (carb-smart or whole wheat)
Sliced turkey breast (deli or roasted, lean)
Fresh romaine or butter lettuce
Optional high-protein spread: Plain Greek yogurt, Cottage cheese (blended smooth), Light mustard or Dijon
Directions
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of high-protein spread of choice.
Layer turkey slices evenly over the tortilla.
Add New Bridge Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey.
Finish with a layer of lettuce for crunch.
Roll tightly from one end to the other, keeping everything snug.
Slice in half or into pinwheels if serving as roll-ups.
