HIGH-PROTEIN
SWISS & TURKEY ROLL-UPS
*around 20G of protein per roll-up (makes 4)
Ingredients
4 oz New Bridge Swiss cheese, sliced (about 1 oz slice per roll-up)
4 large flour or high-protein tortillas (carb-smart or whole wheat)
8 oz sliced turkey breast, deli or roasted, lean (about 2 oz per roll-up)
4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
Optional high-protein spread (choose one): ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (about 2 Tbsp per roll-up), ½ cup cottage cheese, blended smooth (about 2 Tbsp per roll-up), 2–3 Tbsp light mustard or Dijon (to taste)
Directions
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
Spread your chosen high-protein spread over the lettuce, if using.
Divide the turkey evenly and layer it on top of the spread.
Add slice of New Bridge Swiss cheese to each tortilla.
Roll tightly from one end to the other.
Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap and refrigerate for later.
