Welsh Rarebit
Directions
Preheat the oven to broil. Toast the ciabatta bread until golden brown with slight charring. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to create a blonde roux.
Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in the New Bridge Spicy Beer Cheese Spread until fully combined.
Add mustard powder, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing thoroughly.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the toasted ciabatta.
Broil in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden with brown spots.
Slice diagonally and serve warm.
