Ingredients

  • New Bridge Muenster

  • New Bridge Colby Jack

  • New Bridge Mild Cheddar

  • Sliced Pepperoni

  • Sliced Salami

  • Toothpicks

  • Mini star cookie cutters

Directions

  1. Slice New Bridge Muenster, Colby Jack, or Mild Cheddar, then use a small star cutter to punch out festive cheese stars. Set aside.

  2. Fold each pepperoni or salami slice in half, then in half again to form layered “ruffles.”
    Slide 3-5 folded slices onto a toothpick.

  3. Cut New Bridge Muenster, Colby Jack, or Mild Cheddar into cubes. Press the bottom of each toothpick into a cube or a sturdy base.

  4. Finish each tree with a New Bridge cheese star on top.
